They'll be free for 3 months, after that they can choose to continue as a commercial customer or move their hosting elsewhere.  Each team will have access to up to 2GB of Cloud Servers by default that can allocated as one single 2GB server or up to 8 x 256MB servers.

We support Linux and Windows out of the box.  For the purposes of the free account we request that Linux be used as Windows is subject to a licensing charge that we are liable to Microsoft for (costs us $25 per month per Windows 2008 standard license).
